For example used cans are often recycled, made into new cans, filled and put back on shelves in just six weeks. Manufactured in the UK, Sheerline is committed to keeping our products environmental impact as low as possible.
Manufactured on a state-of-the-art, energy efficient SMS HYBREX press, which uses the latest servomotor technology to
deliver energy savings of up to 55% compared to traditional aluminium presses.
The design of our Sheerline system also
vastly reduces fabrication waste. Minimising the unnecessary consumption of raw material and helping reduce Sheerline’s
carbon footprint.
We recycle our own production waste back to the same Welsh aluminium foundry we source the majority of our aluminium logs from. Supporting UK based closed loop recycling.
