Sheerline has been voted Aluminium Systems Company of the Year for the third year in a row. The accolade, which was presented at the National Fenestration Awards 2026, was peer voted and a competitive category – there were 13 other aluminium systems houses in contention.
It’s a significant award for Sheerline as it reflects the impact both its’ products and people are having within the industry.
Ben Hartshorn, Sheerline’s Technical & Design Director, was named Young Person of the Year in what was another competitive category, with 15 other hopefuls in the running. Due to the calibre of entrants, it was awarded to three individuals – Hope Kendall, Geze UK, Sophie Baker, Winkhaus UK, and Ben – congratulations all!
Previously named a Rising Star at the G Awards, Ben is making a significant and positive contribution at Sheerline. Most recently, he has led the development of the new inline aluminium patio, SheerGlide®.
When asked about his award win, Ben commented: “It’s great to have been nominated and recognised by my industry peers. It proves that what we’re doing is working and that there is room for innovation with aluminium.”
Martin Hepburn, Area Sales Director, attended the ceremony on behalf of Sheerline and commented: “The NFAs 2026 were a huge success – well done to all involved and congratulations to the winners.”
“Receiving the award for Aluminium Systems Company of the Year (again!) was a fantastic result as well as Ben being recognised for his hard work. It’s been a big year for Sheerline and to be perfectly honest, we’re not slowing down – watch this space!” he added.
