All Sheerline aluminium systems are built around our own unique Thermlock® technology.
Our ultra-wide Thermlock® thermal breaks benefit from integrated multi-chambered designs, creating efficient insulation inside every Sheerline product. Far superior to smaller two-piece polyamide alternatives.

HERITAGE STYLING
Sheerline’s windows and doors are available in a signature stepped look, that perfectly matches the heritage styling of our thermally efficient Classic Door range. Ideal for customers wanting the stylish, retro steel look.
PRESTIGE GRILLE SHROUD
Just one example of the continuous product improvements that help put Sheerline customers ahead of their competition is our recently introduced Grille Shroud. This simple addition acts as both a head drip and a means of concealing vents on the exterior of a window.
SHEERVENT® FLUSH INTELLIGENT VENTILATION
With a sleek minimalist design that sits perfectly flush with S1’s rafter bars, and using powered actuators that can be intelligently automated. Dispensing with the need for muntin bars, SheerVent® offers reliable ventilation without the risk of leaks.
IN-HOUSE POWDER COATING
Our own Qualicoat approved, state-of-the-art powder coating facility, enables us to guarantee the highest possible paint finish across our 12 stock colours. Bespoke finishes along with foiled laminates are also available.
